Anyways, Tai and I finally settled on the terms/ rules of our Vegetarian challenge:
- NO:
- Seafood
- Pork (no bacon!)
- Turkey
- Chicken
- Beef
- 1 post Per day/ person
- Food Diary in each blog must include 3 meals (or snacks)
I added some rules in for me to follow as well:
- At least 1 post per day
- Daily Exercise
- Daily Water Consumption
- 1 good Veggie recipe per week
This “challenge” will go from June 1st, 2011 to June 30th, 2011, and we will have weekly check in’s with each other to check out our progress.
